One could term it as the designing of a human resource management portal to track monitor and review employee performances, however the real challenge was to bring in a change in a close knit organisation’s performance review process which was prevalent and undominated since a considerable amount of time. With time, employees and the employer both being habituated to the process of the system and unable to identify the major flaws that made the system opaque.
Identifying the loopholes To identify the loopholes there was no alternative to conducting real interviews with real users. The insights brightened many a few aspects of the current process which let water seep.
After having research and analysis, User flow was drawn. The core features and insights were finalised. From all these, wireframes for each page has been created using Axure tool.
