Problem

A social networking application aimed at sports professional and enthusiasts, that allows members to clubs, agents and scouts of the clubs, to uncover new career opportunities and network with experts within a particular sport. The members exchange information and ideas to further their careers and achieve personal and professional goals.

Solution

Ensuring that the employees understand the importance of their contributions to the organizational goals and objectives. Ensuring each employee understands what is expected from them and equally ascertaining whether the employees possess the required skills and support for fulfilling such expectations. Ensuring proper aligning or linking of objectives and facilitating effective communication throughout the organization. Facilitating a cordial and a harmonious relationship between an individual employee and the line manager based on trust and empowerment.

The idea

One could term it as the designing of a human resource management portal to track monitor and review employee performances, however the real challenge was to bring in a change in a close knit organisation’s performance review process which was prevalent and undominated since a considerable amount of time. With time, employees and the employer both being habituated to the process of the system and unable to identify the major flaws that made the system opaque.

Identifying the loopholes

To identify the loopholes there was no alternative to conducting real interviews with real users. The insights brightened many a few aspects of the current process which let water seep.

The Personas

considering all possibilities and behavioural aspects for each role - Reviewer, Reviewee and Admin, With in the company I'm working identified multiple employees along with goals of individual.

Wireframing

Considering all the outpus from all above stages, wireframes for each page has been created using Axure tool. After creating wireframes, conducted peer to peer review and made necessary iterations.
